Kevin Jones has done property management since 1992.  He has a good grasp on what it takes in any market to get good tenants, keep good tenants and rehab the properties for the highest and best use.

The one thing that sets Kevin Jones apart is the fact that he has two property management companies, one for the owners: Property Management Solutions and another for the tenants: Rent Our Roof.  Why would you have two companies, no one else does.  Exactly, we are trail blazers and set the standard for our industry.  The actual reason is the relationships are completely different.  The relationship we have with our owners is a fiduciary obligation with Real Estate Agency.  With the tenants, it is our job to provide them the best possible living conditions possible, without agency or fiduciary obligation.

A secondary indication that we are different is our contracts are generally less than one year on purpose, for us we use a loophole that allows us to remove a tenant much easier with the timelines that we use that give the owner a substantial commitment with the ability to get them out in a timely manner and much faster than the one year lease, if they are not following the rules.

Kevin Jones is a “Certified Property Manager” through the educational guidelines and approved courses by California Association of Realtors. Kevin Jones runs a full corporation that is licensed through the Department of Real Estate in the State of California under Brindle Monkey Inc., license number 01892221, has dba’s registered with the County of San Luis Obispo for Rent Our Roof and Property Management Solutions. The dba’s are also approved and registered with the Department of Real Estate in the State of California. Kevin Jones is a Real Estate Broker license number 01128892, has been in Real Estate since 1992, a broker since 2001, Broker/Owner of Kevin Jones Real Estate and Loans, Realty Professionals and JONES Commercial since 2004.
